Q: Paypal or the credit card payment system is down. How can i pay?

A: Simply email us at info@idealdeal.com with a contact number and one of our team will call you to process your payment in person.

Q: I would prefer not to pay over the internet. Is there any other way I can pay?

Q: Can I pay by cheque?

A: Unfortunately, we can't accept cheques as a method of payment due to the time they can take to clear. We can only accept Paypal, credit or debit cards, registered cash (organised by the post office) or postal orders.

Q: Can you tell me more about a product?

A: Simply email us with your enquiry and we will endeavor to answer it within one working day.

Q: Can I collect my order in person, rather than wait for it to be delivered?

A: We do not currently offer the facility to collect goods from our distribution centre.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?

A: We deliver daily to almost every post code area on the UK mainland. We will happily deliver to Northern Ireland, Eire, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, BFPOs and countries outside the UK. Click here for details of surcharges.

Q: Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

A: We cannot currently offer a weekend delivery service.

Q: Where is my order?

A: We aim to despatch your order within two working days and to deliver it two days later. Occasionally, if there is a delay with the courier or if you are not at home to receive it, the delivery may be delayed. You can use our online order tracking service to check the status of all your orders.
